Edit PDF: All You Need to Know

The only exceptions are using.PDFs that aren’t my own, e.g. if you’re looking at a presentation that someone else has made from Notes. It’s a little complicated since a .PDF contains information about your document, whereas a Notes page doesn’t. There are some features in Pages you can use to save a .PDF that won’t show up in other apps because we’re using the same information, so you could make a .PDF version of this presentation and send it to someone at work and have it show up in the other app. You should have your document opened as a .PDF for this to work. However, this requires you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader for OS X. If you're not using it, that isn’t a good reason not to do it. Note that Pages for Mac has a similar feature too, which is to save files that you can.
